A list of quotes and the images that I created to go along with them. All of these quotes and images were created by myself, B.G. at gettingthroughanxiety.wordpress.com. I hope you find them helpful!

“Before you worry about where you’ll be in twenty years, worry about not facing your fears now.”
So true!!! Great quotes 🙂
Thanks!
I adore this combo of creativity and eloquence!
Thanks. So are you majoring in English when you go to college?
English Lit and Creative Writing! I’m ridiculously excited. 😀
That’s great. I majored in English and minored in Writing. I wanted to major in Writing but couldn’t.
I can see why you wanted to – your posts are beautifully written!
Aww, thanks! I’ve never been a huge English Lit. person but I love writing! You’re very good at it as well. 🙂
Thank you very much. 🙂 I’m hoping the energy required for creative writing will balance out the more tiring parts of literature – essays, essays, essays – but I do love my books.
Yeah, I know what you mean. I love writing for fun and I didn’t always hate writing stuff for college, but it did get a little monotonous at times.
thanks for sharing these. Makes me think of two more…”dont worry about tomorrow, tomorrow has enough trouble of it own” (a verse from the Bible) plus “worrying about tomorrow steals your strength for today.” Lets keep going!
Love from Holland, Jasmine
Thanks for the great comment, Jasmine!
The picture just about sums up the last Oriole baseball season too. The bird looks ready and eager to play, but no bat in hand, no glove or ball in sight! I think it has just the right touch of enthusiasm we fans feel when we root for the Orioles. I like it, thanks for sharing!
Thanks! It’s funny because I’m not really a baseball fan and don’t live in Baltimore, but I love the bird! He’s so cute!
So good, looks like you are a big fan of Disney characters.. You inspired me to start painting again😜
I think you should. I’m actually not a huge fan of Disney characters. I find that I’m better drawing animated things than real things though!
You might be knowing Ben10 right… I drew most of those characters at one place and many more… Going through all of them now😜😜
What’s Ben10? Sorry.
Actually a cartoon show… Which country you live in?
It used to be telecasted here in India.. Of course years back though😅
U.S.
Oh.. Alright..
Love all these quotes and your blog! 🙂
Thanks!
Such amazing drawings. Really like the one with Mickey playing baseball!
And I absolutely love all the quotes! So inspiring and wonderfully written. My favorite one is, “When anxiety calls, don’t pick up. It will try to hog your attention every time!” Love it.
Thank you so much for the lovely compliments! It’s funny because I used to be really bad at drawing! I guess I just had to practice more! Have a great Easter! 🙂
Haha! Well, you’re really good at it. It made me want to pick up my sketch pad and start sketching. Thanks B.G! Happy Easter to you too! 🙂
Thanks! 🙂
Hi dear, I love all these sketches, are so tender and spontaneous. Thanks for sharing and congrats for this wonderful blog ❤
Thank you so much! You’re so kind!
You’re welcome. The merit is yours. My pleasure 😉
🙂
Great job! Love the Orioles bird!!
Thanks! It was actually the first thing I drew that I really liked!
