Hi all! First and foremost, I hope that everyone who celebrated had a great Thanksgiving. I am happy to say that, I myself, had a wonderful holiday and felt very little anxiety! I am quite proud of my success!
I’d like to share some more good news with all of you! Yesterday an article I wrote was published on Harness Magazine’s website! The subject of the article dealt with taking back the fun of the holidays by not allowing anxiety to ruin a good day. If interested, I would love it if you took some time to check it out. You can find the article here. The article also includes some tips on getting through anxiety in general and during the holiday season.

B.W. and Gary have put together an absolutely beautiful book. 25 short inspirational messages and poems that combine to deliver that perfect positive spark of motivation that so many of us need and search for. An excellent read, well worth the purchase!
Hey everybody! Since Gary Ginsburg and I recently released our new book, Inspiration Unbound, I thought I would take some time to share some of the themes included in the book with all of you! Thank you for your support!
THEMES:
Inspiration – Where to find it; sources thereof
Love – The importance of loving others and allowing others to love you
Confidence – How to search for your own confidence and not always allow others to define your self-worth
Positivity – How to hold your head up high and not allow others to bring you down; the importance of staying positive in even the darkest of times
Friendship – How to look for true friends and how to be a true friend – to get to know someone and not judge them. The importance of learning that true friends do not try to ‘fix’ you, but learn to love and respect you, along with offer their assistance in a respectful manner.
Mental health, especially anxiety – How not to allow anxiety and one’s obstacles to rule one’s life – to work hard to overcome one’s struggles.
Consistent practice – the importance of practice and accepting that perfection isn’t possible. Working hard to face our fears and not allowing them to control us.
All of these themes and many more can be found in Inspiration Unbound, written by myself and Gary Ginsburg. These themes are explored in both article and poetry form. The book can be purchased on Amazon.com, simply by visiting this link. Thank you!
With working on a book that will be filled with articles and poetry about positivity and getting through our struggles, I thought I would take the time to express why I feel writing about positivity is so important.
While sources of happiness, joy, and friendship surround us on a daily basis, I think we often pass them by without notice. It’s not necessarily our fault, it’s just hard sometimes when living our busy lives and hearing about such negativity in the world, to focus on all of the good. Though there are self-help books and other literary resources to help us find comfort and peace, I think that the best way to find strength and confidence within the literary world, is to find something that really connects with us; something we can all relate to. I think that reading helpful articles and poetry that build us up instead of making us feel small and belittled are the perfect thing to motivate us!
A few years ago, if you asked me what I thought about reading articles and poetry to help me through my anxiety and other struggles, I’m not sure I’d think it was such a great thing. Then again, a few years ago, I may have scoffed at the idea of blogging about my anxiety to make me feel better – man did I learn that I was wrong! It turns out that reading inspirational articles and poetry is a wonderful way to lift one’s spirits and raise one’s self-confidence. So is blogging! Expressing ourselves and our feelings, along with our emotions, through writing is a great way to connect with both ourselves and others – while helping ourselves and others as well.
Positivity – and the spreading thereof – is extremely important. We all need positivity in our lives and that is why it is important to me – and my loved one – to write this book that we are currently working on. It is a way of spreading positivity through writing. I hope you will join us in our journey of sharing and spreading hope.
As many of you already know, I am currently working on a new novel! In addition, someone very special and I are working on an inspirational article and poetry book! I am very excited to share this news with all of you!
Struggling with anxiety, I have come to see the importance of gathering all the inspiration we can find. Whether it’s befriending someone who will be there to support us through thick and thin, or learning how to deal with past disappointments, we all need to search for ways to help us through the most difficult of times. I’m hoping that this collaboration with a loved one will help bring peace and hope to all of us who struggle.
In addition to being excited for this new project because I find it important to share words of wisdom and motivation, I am also thrilled to announce that…

Hey everybody! I am now creating items at not one, not two, but at three storefronts at Teespring! First, I am creating and selling merchandise at B.W.’s Literary Closet – a place where you can find merchandise dealing with reading and writing in general and my own books. I am also still helping create some merchandise over at Travis’s Teespring storefront at Travis and The Brain (so far I have helped with creating the ‘Roll the Dice’ mug). Last, but not least, I have just created my own inspirational storefront at Teespring that includes some of the quotes I have created through the years. This store is called B.W.’s Inspirational Highway. I am still working out some of the kinks on the last storefront mentioned, but hopefully the issues will be solved soon. I will keep you all updated! Additionally, I will post a link for the Inspirational Highway storefront in my menu on both here and, my other blog, Rest in Piece.
Hello everyone! We have a very special guest today! This is a very good friend of mine that I met through the blogging community. She has been very supportive, and always there to encourage me. She also has similar struggles as me. She writes about her journey with extreme anxiety. I have learned a lot from her. Please give her a follow on her blog. She also has a fun Instagram. You might not meet her in person, but she is a wonderful social media friend to have. She has been a part of my blogging journey since day one. She cares! Well folks, here you go, my first ever Guest Blogger, B.W. Ginsburg!!!
We can get through this!
So many people say to think positive; to not be so negative. We’d all like to be able to believe in our success, but sometimes, it’s not that simple…
Hey everybody! So while I was updating this site, I added a link in the menu for my articles on the inspirational website, The Seeds 4 Life. This site, and the fact that I was given the opportunity to be a freelancer, means the world to me. Therefore, I would like to go into a little more detail on what The Seeds 4 Life is all about. As cited on their website,
“TheSeeds4Life is a website that provides both inspirational messages and personal development articles. All are based around a wide range of quotes in the areas of self-development, personal growth, and self-improvement. This site was created around the idea that your mind functions like a garden, with your thoughts acting like the Seeds. The more inspirational or positive thoughts you Seed within your mind, the more flowers you’ll grow. However, Seed your mind with more thoughts of defeat…
Okay, I have some pretty exciting news! I have officially reached over 1,000 followers on here! So many of you are such amazing friends and have continued to be utterly supportive throughout the years. I cannot thank you enough! I originally started this blog when my therapist and dad both told me that writing about my anxiety might help me feel better, along with help others to realize that they are not alone in their struggles. Just thinking that I could have made a difference means the world to me and the fact that so many of you have been here for me is truly inspirational and appreciated!
I know that I haven’t been on here as much as I used to be, and for that, I’m sorry. I intend to check in on you guys more often because so many of you have been here for me when I’ve needed someone to talk to. I wish I could express in words what that’s meant to me, but I don’t think that I can. Please just trust me when I say that your friendship and loving comments have truly made a difference.
I hope you all know that if you ever need to talk, I’m here for you. I hope you also know that even if it feels like you’re alone in dealing with your struggles, you’re not. There will always be people that will care about you and love you, and if you look carefully, you will find someone that you can trust and share your feelings and experiences with.
I also want to tell you this – you can get through your struggles and over your obstacles! If you work hard on a consistent basis and never give up, you will succeed. You may not get through your challenges overnight, but if you put in the effort to make progress, it will happen! I know that sometimes it may feel otherwise, I know there are times when I still wonder if I’ll ever get through my anxiety. I have to remember though that I have made progress, because you know what? I have!
So again, thank you to everyone who follows my blog! Thank you to all of the wonderful people I have met on here and to those of you who have been such amazing friends! Thanks for the incredibly kind and supportive comments and for reminding me that I am not alone in my journey of getting through anxiety!
