Hey everyone! I know some of you may have some questions about my new book that’s out, so I thought I would answer some possible questions!
Will only young adults enjoy the book?
I honestly don’t think so. I think that anyone who enjoys a fast-paced book with a lot of supernatural and fantastical elements will appreciate Rest in Piece. While the main characters are young, I think that adults can relate to many of the themes.
How did I come up with the idea for Rest in Piece?
My grandparents had a puzzle (my grandpa used to love putting together puzzles) next to the bed upstairs that always used to creep me out, the puzzle is based off of that one. As for the plot, I just always liked the idea of things going into different worlds than their own (for example: the plot of Ink Heart and…

Hey everyone! As many of you may already know, I’ve recently published my first book ever, Rest in Piece! Due to not having any social media outlets other than my blogs, it can be very difficult getting the word out. Therefore, I thought I would kindly ask any of you who would like to help, to spread the word about me selling my novel. I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Here are the details:
“Though decades apart, two young girls are connected in a way that is both fantastical and surreal. When twelve year old Louise Erikson finds out that she holds the key to saving a nine year old who disappeared twenty years earlier, she decides to accept the challenge. Will Louise be able to rescue the girl and the others locked away with her before it’s too late?”
What if you were only twelve years old and the fate of hundreds of lost souls rested in your hands? What if you found out that you could safe someone who disappeared years ago, leaving her family missing her every day of their lives? What if you had felt the need to take on this huge responsibility, even if you knew that those around you might doubt that everything going on was really happening? Would you step up and do everything you could to do what you knew was right? How would you take on this enormous task? Would you walk away or would you do everything in your power to help those who counted on you to be saved?
This and so much more is what Louise Erikson, protagonist of my new published story, Rest in Piece, has to deal with. If you’d like to purchase a copy, feel…

For favorite alien movie, I’m going to choose Starman. I don’t really think of him as an ‘alien’, but I guess he is since he comes from another planet! The movie has great actors (Jeff Bridges, Karen Allen) and is such a sweet movie! It also shows how typical humans are when it comes to treating others who we don’t know poorly. I love the relationship though between Jenny and Starman! I won’t give any details away, but I love the scene with the deer!
