Hey everybody! Today I’d like to spend some time talking about Inspiration Unbound, and you guessed it, the inspiration behind writing the book!
As many of you are probably already aware, I’ve struggled with anxiety for many years. It can be very difficult dealing with something that makes you feel weak and unable to do even the simplest of things.
Years ago, it was recommended to me by both my therapist and my dad that I write about my anxiety. My therapist noted that in addition to blogging being a way for me to express my feelings and help myself overcome my obstacles, it would also be a good way to connect with others who struggle with mental health issues like anxiety.
