  1. I love, love, love the elliptical! My gym has ones that move forward & backward, as is standard, & ones that move laterally, side-to-side. I do 30 minutes every time I go before I do my weight workouts.

    I also love pilates & yoga & bellydancing & weight-lifting. XD

    Which is your favorite? The balance ball? 🙂

        I’m so sorry to hear that your anxiety has affected your comfort dancing. Does that include just sorta closing your door & dancing around your room? 😦

      2. UGH! That does really suck!

        Maybe you can figure out what thoughts are plaguing you & work around them? I mean, facing your fears with dancing seems like it would be beneficial, right?
