Hey guys! I’m reaching out to see if any of you know the answer to my question or if any of you have experienced the following issue:
Sometimes when I talk a lot or eat suckers (I know that sounds weird, but I’ve noticed that whenever I eat Charm suckers, this happens), I start to slur after a while. Once I experienced this while talking to my therapist and he felt that it was due to my anxiety, but I’m not sure that’s the case. Yes, that time when it happened I was talking about an issue that made me anxious, but there have been other times when I’m talking about something totally normal and I start to struggle with pronouncing things. Honestly, it can be a little scary.
I was just wondering if anyone has had similar issues or if anyone knows what I’m experiencing. I’ve noticed that once I rest my voice for a while, things go back to normal. Still, I haven’t always had this issue so I don’t know what’s going on.
Also, while I’m on the subject, if I use my hands a lot, they seem to get a little shaky and hard to control. If anyone has any ideas on why I’ve been experiencing this, please let me know! I’d really appreciate your input!
