      • Yes I sure did…Thank you 🙂 All the quotes here and I have my name on…I created them from scratch. Usually they come from a feeling or my thoughts or a combination…can’t explain exactly. But it’s something that comes and I am sure when…because I don’t have a process for it…same thing with the poems and my other writing. Though for the writing sometimes I add facts based on research.

      • Haha 🙂 well yes and no. In that on LinkedIn since I started to expose my writing a few months ago, my readers have been suggesting publishing a book of poems too. But I have been previously working on a non-fiction book on and off in the background…that I have not touched in almost 4 years, ever since my mom passed (her birthday is coming up in 2 days and she would be about 55 if she was still here. She is the only one I can’t remember her age because time stopped for me then, when she went at 51…too young…too soon). However, since that blow…though it still hurts…I am just finding my way back and regaining my voice…so my plans are to get back to writing it and publish that next year. With said, I am also seriously considering the book of poems and quotes because in addition to having a desire to become an established author; I have always wanted to write for greeting cards and songs that motivate and inspire others…so doing a book for poem and quotes may just work for that. Now I am just working up to it…as I don’t have the discipline yet…to turn out stuff routinely…I just do it as time allows and when I have the feeling.
So I am trying to get more serious about it and so this is one of the reasons I decided to continue with my blog to practice my writing while engaging with readers/bloggers, help them along the way and learn from too…as I don’t know everything. And have quite a lot to learn especially about the blog world 🙂 So I appreciate the feedback and encouragement. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts.

      • You’re welcome. I think it’s great that you’re in the process of working on a non-fiction book. I’m sorry to hear about your mother. My grandma’s birthday is this month as well and she passed away ten years ago.

      • Thanks for the kind words and I am really sorry to hear about your grandma…I know she is quite unforgettable…may she continue to rest in peace. If she was also Sagittarius like my mom…I can also imagine she would have been quite feisty too and triple up on the great memory treats.

  1. Love this post. I fight against the low self esteem of the people closest to me. It is so hard to convince them how valuable they really are and how much they could accomplish if they tried. How can you make a blind man see what they don’t want to see?
