So I know I’ve been reblogging a lot of posts lately, but I find that I can relate to this a lot. Dealing with anxiety, my fears often hold me back from doing what I want to do. It may seem comfortable not doing these things because doing them causes me to be anxious, but in reality I’m emotionally not comfortable because I wish I could do the things I want to do.
When we step out of our comfort zones and practice facing our fears, we will see ourselves making progress. Then, hopefully, we can learn to get through our anxiety and we can do the things that we’ve wanted to, but haven’t due to anxiety!
