Making A Schedule

Oftentimes, we tend to know that we have to practice and exercise in order to overcome our anxiety, but we still manage to find a way not to. Whether we purposely make excuses for ourselves not to practice or we simply forget to, it’s important that we avoid this trap. Instead, I recently learned that the best way to make sure that we are accountable for our own progress is to make a schedule.

For example, if you want to take certain steps in overcoming your anxiety or exercise a certain amount of times during the day, you should write down the specific times you want to do so and try your hardest to stick to these times. At the very least, you should make sure you practice or exercise a certain amount of time each day. This will help to both motivate you and remind you that you need to practice in order to get better. I wish you all the best of luck!
